With reference to the global general aviation development experience, the blueprint for the “County County Pass” blueprint for the general airport in more than 2,800 counties in China is now officially surfaced. This will be another round of investment climax in China to bridge the gap and open up manufacturing, infrastructure and consumption.

General aviation includes rescue, exploration, planting, medical, artificial rainfall, sports training, and more. Compared with developed countries in civil aviation, China's general aviation development is lagging behind. To develop general aviation, it is necessary to accelerate the construction of infrastructure such as the general airport.

As of June 30, 2018, there were 68 airports that obtained Class A licenses (50 A1 airports, 10 A2 airports, and 8 A3 airports); 100 airports with Class B licenses,  the number of airports obtaining evidence was 168.
